  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable
  • $500 Deposit, per household, due upon approval.
  • $250 Pet Fee, per pet, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable

Monthly Charges:
  • Water/Sewer/Trash: Billed monthly based on the number of occupants in your unit and its square footage.
  • Electric: Billed monthly based on the number of occupants in your unit and its square footage.
  • Tech Fee: $60 per month, which includes: 200mb quantum fiber Wi-Fi, green technologies, 1-valet, point of entry systems for units
Optional Monthly Charges:
  • Parking: Single indoor parking spots are available for $95, $100, $125, $150, or $175 depending on the spot's location. ADA Parking is available. Residents can choose their preferred parking spot(s).
  • EV Parking: $200 per month
  • Dog rent: $50 per month 
  • Cat rent: $50 per month 
  • Storage: Small $40 & Large $70

Short-term lease fees include:

  • 3-5 month lease: 25% fee
  • 6-8 month lease: 20% fee
  • 9-11 month lease: 15% fee

Please note that units listed at 60% AMI will have a minimum term requirement of 12 months.
